The following changes were made in documentation for the admission to installation work:

Dear developers and exhibitors!
We notify you about the change in the cost of the accreditation procedure, as well as the change in the rules of the accreditation procedure from January 01, 2022. More information can be found in the Contract for developers and exhibitors.

Attention!!!

  1. When installing exhibition stands and structures, it is forbidden to use a wooden beam as a load-bearing structure (Appendix No. 2, clause 3 to the Contract for Developers and Exhibitors).
  2. Suspended structures weighing more than 200 kg must be fastened with cables to the main structure of the metal truss. The main metal truss must be fastened strictly on winches to the nodes of the ceiling structure of the pavilion.
  3. Developers are obliged to provide a copy of the Contract of voluntary insurance of civil liability in the amount of 30,000,000 tenge (in case of damage to property and harm to life, health to third parties). In case of failure to provide a copy of the Insurance Contract, the developer will not be allowed to mount the stand (clause 2.3.12. of the Contract for Developers).

Dear developers and exhibitors!
We would like to inform you that from June 1, 2021, new rules for the conduct of installation work will be introduced.

  1. The entrance to the pavilion is carried out using the Ashyq application. Installers with "red / yellow" status are not allowed into the pavilion.
  2. It is not allowed to enter the pavilion without a mask.
  3. At the entrance to the pavilion, compulsory thermometry is carried out. Installers with temperature in the pavilion are not allowed.
  4. Do not glue double-sided tape on the floor.

Dear developers and exhibitors!
We inform you that on the initiative of the exhibition organizer «Iteca» LLP, from 2020 the days of installation of exhibition stands will be reduced from a six-day schedule to a four-day work schedule. Starting from 2021, the days of installation of exhibition stands will be reduced to three days.

The abovementioned terms of installation works will be distributed exclusively only at exhibitions of «Iteca» LLP.

In addition, new rules for the processing of wooden structures have been introduced. All wooden structures, wooden beams, wooden flooring under the stands, fabric, as well as pallets under operating electrical equipment must be treated with a flame retardant with the execution of the relevant act. Without this act, developers, building exhibition stands using wooden structures will not be able to receive accreditation.

Rules for admission to installation work

Dear developers and exhibitors!

We inform you that the following changes have been introduced to the rules for admission to installation work since January 1, 2015.

  1. IEC “Atakent-Expo” JSC doesn’t provide services in steeplejack works. If you need services for work at height, you have the right to involve person from the company with the appropriate permits for the implementation of such activities. In this case, your company is responsible for the quality and safety for operation of your employed climbers, including the consequences of their work.
  2. Payment for the prolongation of the time of mantling and decoration works will be calculated separately for each booth. That is, if you build several booths in the same hall, the payment for the prolongation of time for the mantling of the stands will not be generalized. The calculation will be performed separately for each booth (according to its area) except for those booths that are on the same sector.

Steeplejack works

All suspended works to the supporting structures of pavilions must be provided by qualified specialists work. It is not forbidden to hang any elements to the supporting structures.

All advertising constructions, safety ropes, fixing points, and banners should be agreed with Technical Department of IEC "Atakent-Expo", previously to supply application for suspension. Not agreed items should be immediately removed.


  1. Total load on a point of suspension or insurance shouldn't exceed 50 kg.
  2. “IEC “Atakent-Expo” Ltd. has the right to refuse establishment of a suspended design or point of insurance in case of lack of technical capability of the pavilion.
  3. The distance between two suspended designs or points of insurance must be not less than 1 knot.

The knot is a connection of cores of a ceiling design of the pavilion.

The core is a bearing beam which fastens to knots of a ceiling design of the pavilion.
