Rules for Obtaining Admission

Dear developers and exhibitors!

The following changes have been made to the rules for the admission procedure for installation works:

  1. Atakent-Expo IEC does not provide aerial work services. You are entitled to engage companies with appropriate permits. Your company bears full responsibility for the quality and safety of their work.
  2. Payment for the extension of installation works is calculated for each stand separately, except for stands on the same sector.

Aerial Works

All suspension works on the load-bearing structures of pavilions must be performed by qualified specialists. Self-attachment of elements to load-bearing structures is prohibited.

All advertising structures, safety cables, and banners must be approved by the technical department upon prior submission of a suspension application. Unapproved elements are subject to immediate removal.

  1. Total load per suspension point — no more than 50 kg.
  2. Atakent-Expo IEC may refuse suspension installation if there is no technical capability.
  3. Distance between two suspension points — no less than 1 node.

Node — the junction of the ceiling structure rods of the pavilion.

Rod — a load-bearing beam attached to the nodes of the ceiling structure.
