We would like to inform you that from June 1, 2021, new rules for the conduct of installation work will be introduced.

Dear developers and exhibitors!
We inform you that on the initiative of the exhibition organizer «Iteca» LLP, from 2020 the days of installation of exhibition stands will be reduced from a six-day schedule to a four-day work schedule. Starting from 2021, the days of installation of exhibition stands will be reduced to three days.
The abovementioned terms of installation works will be distributed exclusively only at exhibitions of «Iteca» LLP.
In addition, new rules for the processing of wooden structures have been introduced. All wooden structures, wooden beams, wooden flooring under the stands, fabric, as well as pallets under operating electrical equipment must be treated with a flame retardant with the execution of the relevant act. Without this act, developers, building exhibition stands using wooden structures will not be able to receive accreditation.

We inform you that the following changes have been introduced to the rules for admission to installation work since January 1, 2015.
All suspended works to the supporting structures of pavilions must be provided by qualified specialists work. It is not forbidden to hang any elements to the supporting structures.
All advertising constructions, safety ropes, fixing points, and banners should be agreed with Technical Department of IEC "Atakent-Expo", previously to supply application for suspension. Not agreed items should be immediately removed.
The knot is a connection of cores of a ceiling design of the pavilion.
The core is a bearing beam which fastens to knots of a ceiling design of the pavilion.
Time for loading and unloading is limited in time and and as follows:
