If you have built up your own stand on your own, without involving third-party developers, you have to get through accreditation process in the Technical department IEC "Atakent-Expo" JSC.
For exhibitors accreditation procedure is provided free.
The deadline for get through accreditation is limited in time. Correctly completed and timely submitted documents will accelerate for getting permit.

Holding of preliminary instruction your staff on knowledge of rules and regulations acted in the territory of Exhibition Center "Atakent" will helps you to avoid penalties and accidents.
The deadline for applications for one-storey stands is 10 working days before the official opening of the exhibition.
The deadline for the two-storey stands is 15 working days before the official opening of the exhibition.
